Stephen Finney joined Parsons Corp. in June 2018 as a result of the Polaris Alpha acquisition. With over 23 years of specialized experience, he has delivered capabilities in three core areas to the Defense Department and intelligence community. These areas are cyber technology solutions, application development and advanced data analytics.

As senior vice president of defense and intelligence ⏤ supporting business development and growth for the company’s High Consequence Missions sector ⏤ he has led his teams in winning over $1 billion in awards.

Finney has a successful track record in business and cultural transformation, leadership, growth, execution and finance management. He has also won large government programs of record, driving profitable growth. He is focused on creating a culture of innovation, rapid prototyping and mission advancement, leading to increased engagement and collaboration.

“Through our ability to efficiently collaborate across the company, Parsons operates in every aspect of the multidomain battlespace,” he said. “We are developing capabilities against emerging threats by fusing technologies across warfighting domains and incorporating information operations, intelligence, data analytics, electronic warfare, command and control, and kinetic operations.”

Finney and his team aim to converge cyber, electronic warfare and information operations for growth. They have delivered industry-leading capabilities in HCM sector and plan to expand across the digital landscape, including full-spectrum cyber, information operations, electronic warfare, multi-domain operations, mission support and national to tactical operations.
