Jason Payne’s biggest recent achievement was supporting the Microsoft response to the national security memorandum on improving cybersecurity for critical infrastructure control systems. Microsoft’s government and industry partnership in response to the order have proven to Payne the combination of innovation and culture are foundational to solving hard problems. 

“With more than 20 years of federal digital transformation experience, Jason has been a key partner as we continue to drive technology and solution strategies for the U.S. government in civilian, defense and intelligence verticals,” said Rick Wagner, president of Microsoft Federal.
