Prior to joining BlueHalo, Lisa Usserman spearheaded Eqlipse Technologies’ successful security integration of over seven companies, establishing a comprehensive and compliant security posture.
Following BlueHalo’s acquisition of Eqlipse, Usserman became vice president of security and leads integration efforts from a security standpoint. With over 25 years of experience, she translates executive security directives into practical initiatives that drive the company’s integration and advancement.
Usserman is responsible for developing and implementing security policies, processes and enterprise solutions. She also designs and oversees programs for physical security (including access control, badging and SCIF) and personnel security, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive security integration.

Fun fact: When Usserman isn’t crafting security policies and procedures, she quilts. This hobby rests her mind and sharpens her problem-solving and decision-making skills. Just as a quilt combines various fabric pieces, security weaves together different protection layers. “Whether you’re stitching together a quilt or leading Corporate Security, attention to detail and creativity matter,” she said. “And who knows, maybe the next great security solution will involve a patchwork of colorful fabrics.”
