Heather M. Gerczak

Chief Administrative Officer, Integral Federal, Inc.

Heather M. Gerczak’s biggest recent achievement was serving as NCMA board chair for program year 2025. As one of the youngest individuals to hold that role, she said it was important to honor the heritage and evolution of the contract management profession while embracing modern advancements. Serving as board chair stands out as a major professional milestone that reflects her commitment to elevating the profession.

“Since joining Integral Federal in late 2022, Heather has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic insight, driving growth and operational excellence across the organization,” said Wayne Wilkinson, president and CEO at Integral Federal. “Her peers also recognize her expertise by electing her chair of Executive Mosaic’s 4×24 Contracts Group and selecting her as Board Chair of the National Contract Management. Heather’s influence elevates both Integral and the broader GovCon sector.”

Integral Federal is aligned with the current administration’s push to reduce costs, streamline operations and deliver better government services. Through capability building in digital transformation, engineering and re-engineering; strategic expansion through the Pragmatics acquisition; and streamlined delivery mechanisms, the company is positioned to support — and thrive within — the evolving federal modernization and efficiency agenda.

Why Watch

In 2025, Integral Federal’s teams are focused on relationships, which are more important than ever in the current environment. Promoting connection within the professional community and underscoring that people matter remains a priority as the company continues to emphasize cross-functional collaboration and organizational efficiency.

Fun Fact: Gerczak is most proud of her family’s legacy of service. Her great-uncle enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard, and one of the service’s new fast-response cutters is named after him. The vessel is stationed in Honolulu, underscoring how deeply public service runs in her family.
