Titus Jeffries

Vice President of Growth and Strategy, Ennoble First Inc.

Titus Jeffries’ biggest recent achievement has been helping Ennoble First mature its growth operating model during a pivotal stage of company expansion.

“We have strengthened pipeline governance, improved capture discipline, elevated partner strategy, and established a more transparent revenue command center cadence that connects business development, delivery, finance, contracts, recruiting and executive decision-making,” Jeffries said.

Together, these improvements have positioned the company to pursue larger, more strategic opportunities with greater visibility, alignment and accountability.

Jeffries is also helping government customers operate more efficiently by translating mission requirements into practical technology roadmaps that organizations can execute with confidence. Whether supporting enterprise IT modernization, cybersecurity, data operations, cloud adoption or AI-enabled workflow automation, he focuses on bringing together the right expertise, partnerships and governance to support successful delivery.

The objective is to reduce manual friction, accelerate decision cycles and deliver technology outcomes that withstand executive, contractual, cybersecurity and operational scrutiny.

“Titus has elevated how Ennoble First approaches growth by bringing greater structure, focus and operational rigor to our business development efforts,” said Ganesh Natarajan, CEO of Ennoble First.

“He has strengthened our opportunity evaluation process, expanded strategic partnerships, and improved collaboration across the organization, positioning us to compete for larger, more complex opportunities. His leadership is helping us grow thoughtfully while remaining focused on delivering value to our customers.”

Why Watch

In 2026, Jeffries and his team are focused on building a repeatable, partner-enabled growth engine that expands Ennoble First’s presence across mission-critical defense, intelligence, cyber, enterprise IT, data, cloud and AI-enabled opportunities.

A key priority is converting customer needs into executable capture strategies, differentiated solution offerings and strategic partnerships that deliver measurable mission value, Jeffries said. They are also accelerating Ennoble First’s evolution beyond traditional staff augmentation into higher-value, solution-based capabilities, including AI-enabled mission workflow automation, cyber readiness, data operations and cloud modernization.

“Success in the government market is not measured by the number of opportunities you pursue,” Jeffries said. “It is earned by understanding the mission, building trusted relationships, and delivering solutions customers can execute with confidence. My goal is to help Ennoble First grow with purpose while creating lasting mission impact.”

Fun fact: Jeffries is a former Army signal officer, and that experience still shapes how he leads today. Jeffries learned early that clear communication, trust and disciplined execution are essential when the mission matters. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, reading, spending time with his family, participating in a men’s book club and playing pickleball.
