Jill Kenney

Managing Director, Sales and Growth Lead, Accenture Federal Services

Jill Kenney’s biggest recent achievement was transforming AFS’ sales organization into a highly strategic, outcomes-driven catalyst for growth. This shift accelerated the company’s pipeline growth while enabling it to secure critical recompetes, expand its footprint in existing agencies, and break into net-new agencies.

“It is incredibly rewarding to deepen our existing partnerships and cultivate new relationships while seeing the hard work and dedication of our teams pay off,” Kenney said.

Ron Ash, CEO of Accenture Federal Services, said Kenney’s leadership has fundamentally reshaped how AFS approaches growth.

“Her ability to drive a more strategic, outcomes‑focused sales organization—while strengthening our relationships across new and existing federal agencies—has been remarkable,” Ash said. “Jill is a force multiplier for our business, and her impact is felt across every part of our organization.”

Why Watch

In 2026, Kenney and her team remain focused on increasing AFS’ market presence through high-impact, differentiated solutions. “As we scale, our commitment to a client-first approach remains our top priority,” she said.

Kenney is also helping government customers operate more efficiently by partnering with AFS federal customers to navigate their shift toward outcomes-based and fixed-price contracting. AFS is uniquely positioned to guide agencies through this transition, she said.

By leveraging AFS’ deep portfolio of existing outcomes-based contracts alongside its strategic reach-back to Accenture, Kenney and her team are providing federal customers with a unique opportunity to harness global commercial practices and proven federal expertise to deliver tangible outcomes.

“Stepping in to lead AFS sales and growth in early 2025, during a period of unprecedented industry change, was a defining chapter of my career,” Kenney said. “Looking back, I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished. Our success is a direct result of the talent, dedication, and resilience of our growth leaders and the entire sales team. It is such an honor to lead such an exceptional organization.”

Fun fact: After recently managing a major home addition, Kenney is convinced she has a future in home design and renovation project management. “Navigating builder logistics was exhausting, but seeing my vision come to life made it all worth it,” she said. “I am absolutely thrilled with the finished space, and you can usually find me hosting family and friends on my new porch!”
