Meisha Lutsey

President, Operations Support and Services, CACI International

In 2021, Meisha Lutsey grew her business, filled a capability gap through the acquisition of BlueStone Analytics and responded to the call for more flexibility for employees.

Securing a $1.4 billion task order to continue work with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency; winning a $785 million task order with Army Special Operations Command; closing an acquisition that strengthens CACI’s dark web exploitation and analysis capabilities; and successfully helping national security and homeland security customers respond to foreign conflicts are just a few major accomplishments for Lutsey and her highly-decorated team — 70% of which is composed of veterans — since she took the reins as CACI president of operations support and services in July 2021.

Lutsey began her career as a geospatial analyst with TechniGraphics Systems, Inc., which CACI acquired in 2010. She has since held numerous leadership positions of increasing authority.

“It is an honor to serve in my current role,” she said. “I get to lead an organization full of experts that drive operational results for missions that matter. I started at TechniGraphics as the tenth employee. Now, as president, I am empowered to expand and grow the work we started many years ago.”

Why Watch

In 2022, and in line with CACI’s growth strategy, Lutsey and team will continue to seek opportunities to invest ahead of need through technology and expertise to help customers navigate tomorrow’s requirements.

“We will continue to invest in technology, skills, capacity and capabilities that enable us to help our customers fight the future fight,” she said. “For us to be effective and efficient, we rely heavily on our expertise (to inform) technology and technology (to enhance) expertise.”
