Zachary Parker attributes DLH’s success to its skilled professionals, the acquisition of Irving Burton Associates, and a leadership team bolstered by the addition of accomplished, dynamic executives.
Parker and his leadership team have focused on transforming DLH into a well-rounded, advanced technology enterprise. He cites telehealth as one federal mission improved by technology during a tumultuous 2020.
“Telehealth capabilities are of particular interest to military and veteran health systems in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and are likely to remain integral case management tools moving forward,” Parker said. “Our support for the [Department of Veterans Affairs] now includes efforts to broaden the department’s abilities to reach veterans and their families through telemedicine technology and practices.”

Digital transformation is the company’s main focus in 2021, Parker said. It has invested in the development of secure IT platforms, sophisticated data analytics tools and techniques, agile software development credentials for technical staff, and the implementation of a Lean Six Sigma environment.
