Tammi Morton’s biggest recent achievement as CSO was leading the successful integration of the heritage United Technologies Corp. and the heritage Raytheon Co. global security services functions throughout the close of the merger — and formation of Raytheon Technologies — while maintaining best-in-class operations across all security and business resilience disciplines.

In 2022, Morton and her team are focused on two top priorities as part of the company’s 5-year security plan: continuing to proactively manage risk by supporting a safe, sustainable environment for Raytheon’s people, facilities, data and communities; and strengthening enterprise security through enhanced and aligned corporate and business unit programs, processes and metrics.
