Constellis has named retired U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Colin J. Kilrain to its board of directors to provide strategic guidance to support the company’s mission in complex global operations.

A decorated military leader with nearly 40 years of service, Kilrain brings extensive experience in national security, special operations and global strategy. He most recently served as assistant to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2021 to 2023.

Before that, Kilrain was associate director for military affairs at the CIA. He also led NATO Special Operations Headquarters, Special Operations Command Pacific and Naval Special Warfare Group Two.

“Colin’s exceptional leadership and operational experience make him an invaluable addition to our Board of Directors,” said Terry Ryan, Constellis CEO. “His expertise in counterterrorism, intelligence, and global security will greatly enhance Constellis’ ability to support our clients in the most demanding environments.”

Kilrain’s appointment reflects Constellis’ focus on strong leadership as it continues delivering security solutions to government, military and commercial clients worldwide, the company said.
