WashingtonExec asked the simple question to top area executives:

“If you could give your kids only three pieces of advice, what would they be?”

Today’s critical advice comes from Doug Wagoner, a Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) Sector President.

  1. Every job, no matter how bad it is, is an opportunity. Make the best out of every job you have and learn something that can help you with your next job.
  2. Cherish your relationships and make time to genuinely nourish them and be available to help others with no expectation of something in return.
  3. Nothing good ever, ever, happens after midnight.
