WashingtonExec Three Pieces of Advice Series:

“If you could give your kids only three pieces of advice, what would they be?”

Today’s advice is from Craig Estey, Executive Vice President and managing Director of DTZ, a UGL company.

1.     Believe in yourself and what you can achieve. There is nothing in this world that you can’t do or accomplish if you work hard and have a plan.

2.     Never compromise your morals or beliefs. Stand up for the little guy, lead by example, and adhere rigorously to high ethical and moral standards in everything you do.

3.     Don’t be afraid to take risks and fail. The greatest advances forward in your personal and professional life will come as a result of pushing the envelope and taking risks.
