American Geographical Society Elects RGi CEO Stephen Gillotte to Council

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. announced The American Geographical Society has chosen CEO Stephen Gillotte to the AGS Council, where he will serve a 3-year term.

“I’m thrilled to join the prestigious AGS Council and look forward to sharing the perspectives I’ve gained from building and growing a technology-forward geospatial business,” Gillotte said.

AGS’s mission is to advance and promote geography in business, government, science and education.

The AGS Council is the governing board of the society, and has been leading the organization since its inception in 1851.
