Siemens Government Technologies Names Anne Altman New Chair

Siemens Government Technologies Inc. has announced the appointment of Anne Altman as its new chair.

Altman previously spent 35 years working at IBM, as general manager of federal and government industries. She has been recognized as a prominent industry leader having received the Eagle Award, one of the highest honors issued to technology partners serving federal customers. Altman is a board member for various companies, including SPX FLOW, TechFlow and MAXIMUS.

“Anne brings a unique depth and understanding for the critical missions our government customers face every day, and, over the course of her distinguished career, has proved time and again why those in government and industry seek her out for expert advice,” Siemens President and CEO Barbara Humpton said.

In the Washington, D.C., region, Altman is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, National Symphony Orchestra and serves on the Dean’s Council for the George Mason School of Business.
