Randy James Named Head of Cybersecurity and Resilience Business for ICF

Consulting and technology services provider ICF has named Randy James senior vice president and division lead for enterprise cybersecurity and resilience.

James comes from SAIC, where he was vice president of cyber. His more than 30 years of experience in information technology, critical infrastructure protection and professional services includes stints in executive positions with CSC Government Solutions and Northrop Grumman.

“I am honored to join a team that is leading the next generation of cyber defense,” said James. “Every day, ICF helps governments and organizations secure missions that benefit people and communities. I am eager to build upon the company’s extensive experience and solid foundation in solving complex cybersecurity challenges.”

ICF works with homeland security, intelligence and military clients to build and defend their infrastructures.
