
Gabe Camarillo has joined Peraton as president of its defense sector to drive the delivery of advanced, mission-specific solutions for U.S. warfighters and allies in contested environments.
The appointment strengthens Peraton’s commitment to providing advanced tools and technology-based solutions with its deep domain and mission knowledge, the company said.

Camarillo brings over 20 years of government service, defense acquisition and industry leadership experience to the role. He was most recently senior vice president of the Defense Technology Solutions Business Unit at KBR, and served as the 35th undersecretary of the Army leading reforms in software acquisition and Foreign Military Sales. He also helped establish one of the Army’s first digital engineering policies.
