Core4ce has named Neill Tipton vice president of National Capital Region growth. He joined the company’s board of advisors in 2024 and will now lead NCR growth initiatives while bringing Core4ce’s advanced technology, R&D, and mission solutions to defense and intelligence customers.

“Neill understands the mission priorities, stakeholders, and opportunities that define the National Capital Region,” said Mike Morehouse, CEO of Core4ce. “His experience and leadership will be critical as we build on our momentum, broaden our presence in the region, and bring more of Core4ce’s differentiated capabilities to customers across the defense and intelligence community.”

Tipton brings 45 years of experience in intelligence operations, policy, and oversight. As Core4ce shifts from a professional services firm to a developer of mission-driven solutions, he will shape and execute the company’s growth strategy, strengthen customer engagement, and advance solutions that support critical national security missions.

“Having worked with Core4ce as an advisor, I’ve seen firsthand the company’s strong technical foundation, mission-driven culture, and clear commitment to innovation,” he said. “Core4ce is bringing together advanced engineering, emerging technology, and operational understanding in a way that is highly relevant to today’s defense landscape. I’m excited to join the team full time and help expand that impact across the National Capital Region.”

Tipton most recently was special advisor for strategic integration and competition to the undersecretary of defense for intelligence and security, focusing on influence operations and sensitive programs. He also served seven years as director of defense intelligence for collection and special programs and held senior roles at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security.

Before that, he led programs at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency to improve integration across the intelligence community and DOW. He retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years as a SIGINT specialist.
