Leidos has hired Elena Fenton as a growth lead in its Federal Health IT business to guide growth strategy across the company’s federal health technology portfolio, with a focus on the Department of Health and Human Services and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Fenton brings over 25 years of experience in federal and commercial health IT and business development, driving integrated capture strategies, elevating customer engagement and leading digital modernization efforts for major health agencies and healthcare organizations.

In her new role, Fenton will drive modernization of complex legacy systems, advance interoperable health-data exchange across agencies and care settings, prioritize user experience for government personnel and patients and embed strong cybersecurity and data privacy practices into every solution.
