INSA President Ellen McCarthy will be leaving the intelligence and national security organization at the end of this month to join the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In a letter to INSA members, McCarthy expressed her sadness and reminisces on leaving behind her career at INSA, but an excitement for what is to come. She said, “The future for INSA remains bright and I am leaving INSA in very good hands.”
