DMI promoted Meghan Askham to vice president overseeing its Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. work.

Since joining DMI in 2021, Askham has led efforts to transform service delivery and improve customer satisfaction each year, the company said.

In her new role, Askham will drive innovation and ensure DMI delivers solutions that streamline processes, solve agency challenges and help FDIC advance its mission. She will also lead initiatives to boost customer satisfaction through ongoing improvement efforts.

“Meghan has a remarkable ability to solve complex problems and align IT initiatives with agency goals,” said DMI CEO Rocky Thurston. “Her leadership and strategic vision have delivered measurable value to the FDIC, and I’m confident she will continue driving innovation and success in her new role.”

Askham started her career in consulting and later transitioned to program management. She has a track record of improving operations and translating high-level goals into actionable results.

“I’m thrilled to step into this role and take on new challenges with the FDIC program,” Askham said. “I enjoy solving problems for teams and federal agencies, and I’m excited to continue driving meaningful improvements.”
