Deloitte Announces Leadership Changes

Deloitte recently announced Robin Lineberger’s transition to a strategic Lead Client Service role for the company. Maritza Montiel will lead Deloitte’s federal practice, succeeding Lineberger. According to the firm, Lineberger is one of a number of leaders who will return to client service roles.

“Deloitte is extremely thankful for Robin’s leadership in establishing the practice as a Top 25 federal contractor,” the firm said in a statement.

Maritza Montiel, U.S. deputy CEO at Deloitte, is a 40-year veteran of the firm and has been a managing partner since 1984. Most recently, she served as head of government relations, quality and risk at Deloitte. She has held several leadership positions at Deloitte including managing partner of the company’s leadership training center, Deloitte University, and has served two terms on the company’s U.S. board of directors. She is currently serving on the Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) Global board of directors.
