CollabraLink Technologies has promoted Josh Bailes to executive vice president of digital services, a role in which he will be charged with all aspects of the company’s digital transformation portfolio.

As vice president of operations at CollabraLink, Bailes has provided oversight over large, highly complex digital modernization programs for myriad of federal civilian agencies including the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services and the departments of Transportation and Labor.

Bailes joined the company in July 2018 from 18F. There, he served as chief operating officer and oversaw the group’s delivery and business development on projects as well as served as supervisor for the cloud.gov director.

“Josh has been amazing to work with these past two years,” said Rahul Pandhi, CollabraLink CEO.

Bailes has a track record of building teams to execute on some of the largest, most high-profile Digital modernization programs in the Federal space today,” Pandhi added. “His leadership over our digital services campaigns will be a true benefit for our customers and employees.

In his new role, Bailes will also continue to support CollabraLink’s strategic planning operations.
