CGI Federal Adds 3 New Federal Cyber Experts to its Practice

CGI Federal has hired a trio of federal cybersecurity experts:

  • Stacy Dawn, who brings over 25 years of experience having served as deputy chief information security officer at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She worked with multiple agencies’ CISO offices on cyber initiatives, including at the U.S. Export–Import Bank and at the Security and Exchange Commission.
  • Christine Horwege, who established CISO governance at the departments of Energy and Defense, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. She brings military and civilian experience in strategy and planning, technology market analysis, risk management methodologies and enterprise program management.
  • Victor Foulk, who brings 20 years of experience in complex systems development, process re-engineering, human capital development and IT program management. He served as the CISO of Naval Reactors, where he oversaw all aspects of nuclear security for U.S. Navy nuclear propulsion.
