Brian Davis, Aretum

Brian Davis has joined Aretum as director of business development to lead growth initiatives for Aretum’s homeland security market.

He brings over 22 years of federal consulting experience to the role, having driven pipeline growth, strategic positioning and competitive wins across the departments of Homeland Security and War, the Intelligence Community, national security organizations and federal civilian agencies.

Davis’ background includes business development leadership and hands-on program experience in cyber resilience, business continuity, critical infrastructure protection, mission assurance and technology-enabled solutions. Throughout his career, he’s helped government customers solve complex challenges that require close collaboration with senior executives, operational stakeholders and technical teams, the company said.

His dedication to service and leadership traces back to his time in the military as an infantry officer with the 82nd Airborne Division, where he deployed to Afghanistan. After moving into federal consulting, he built strong expertise in resilience planning and mission assurance, while steadily taking on expanded leadership, growth and business development roles.

“Brian’s experience sits at the intersection of mission, growth, and delivery, which is exactly where Aretum continues to focus as we expand our support to national security customers,” said Sean DuGuay, chief growth officer at Aretum.

“He understands the complexity of the federal market, the importance of trusted client relationships, and the need to bring forward practical, innovative solutions that help agencies achieve mission outcomes. We are excited to welcome Brian to the team and look forward to the impact he will make.”
