Last night, Women in Technology (WIT) hosted an event entitled, “No One Path: Champions for Change: Reducing the Gender Gap on Corporate Boards.” The night brought together some of the most accomplished female technology leaders for a night of story sharing and advice on how to serve as a transformational force in the industry.

The event offered valuable insight into the career paths of accomplished women who are serving on high-profile corporate boards. Those women included Janet Hill, Principal, Hill Family Advisers, Caren Merrick, Partner, Burbury Partners, and Theodora Hancock, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Acquisition (Contracts). They shared stories with moderator Saira Stahl, VP of Corporate Strategy, Gannett and encouraged women in technology to charge ahead and reduce the gap in leadership positions.
