In this week’s news, Bill Milligan was appointed Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer of FCi Federal. The executive brings to this role 30 years of experience in financial management and operations. In other executive moves, MacB CEO Sid Fuchs was named Executive in Residence at Louisiana State University’s College of Engineering.

In contract news, SAIC is one of many among the winners of a $495 Million IDIQ contract from the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. Serco Inc. also made news, winning a $355 Million contract supporting the Virginia Department of Transportation.
