Washington Business Hall of Fame To Host Induction Ceremony

On Nov. 29, The Washington Business Hall of Fame will honor the 2017 laureates. This black-tie ceremony and benefit gala takes place 5:30-9 p.m. at the National Building Museum.

Over 100 laureates have been inducted into the Washington Business Hall of Fame. It recognizes the professional and philanthropic accomplishments of the region’s outstanding business leaders.

Presenting sponsors this year are Capital One and PwC.

2017 honorees include:

  • Phillip D. M. de Picciotto, founder and president of Octagon Inc.
  • Michael N. Harreld, immediate past president of PNC Bank, Greater Washington
  • Gracia C. Martore, president and CEO of TEGNA Inc.
  • Christopher J. Nassetta, president and CEO of Hilton
