SAVE THE DATE: INSA Discussion on Open Source and Social Media in the Intelligence Community

INSA and Government Executive Magazine will present The Expanding Role of Open Source Information and Social Media for the Intelligence Community on July 31 at The National Press Club from 7:30am to 9:30am.  The discussion will feature Dr. Patrick O’Neil, Director of Analytic Development, Open Source Center, David Abruzzino, Director, Open Source Intelligence Exchange, Fairmont State University, and Craig Parisot, Chief Operating Officer, Invertix.

Katherine McIntire Peters, Editor of Nextgov will moderate the discussion of which will address the role of open source technology, the impact of analytics, big data, and civil liberties on open source and social media data.
