Rohirrim has added to its Unified Acquisition Platform an end-to-end agentic capability called GrowthEngine, expanding its proposal generation tool to include opportunity discovery and qualification.
This update provides capture and proposal teams with one governed workflow from first notice to the final submission, the company said.
GrowthEngine is now active with multiple Fortune 100 clients, including IBM.
“UnifiedRespond used to begin when a proposal team opened an RFP. Now it begins the moment an opportunity exists,” said Steven Aberle, CEO and founder of Rohirrim.
“We find the work, we show our reasoning on whether to pursue it, and we write the response, all under the team’s direction. This is what an agentic GrowthEngine looks like in a field where every decision has to be defensible.”
UnifiedRespond already ingests an organization’s data, shreds solicitations and writes compliant and compelling content. Now, GrowthEngine covers the stages that come before that, reducing the growth processes from weeks to minutes.
The workflow runs in three steps:
- Find: UnifiedRespond runs daily sweeps of relevant sources like SAM.gov, Grants.gov, agency portals and an organization’s own CRM, into one unified pipeline.
- Match: Every notice is scored against the organization’s Knowledge Graph across four layers: eligibility, past-performance fit, CRM signal and a full read of the solicitation. This makes bid and no-bid decisions clearer.
- Write: The agentic platform analyzes solicitations, maps requirements, develops win themes, and drafts proposal content, figures and tables. It also formats the output into branded templates and automates compliance tracking and artifact management.
These stages still operate under human-governed autonomy, and the platform is secured via a single-tenant architecture, CMMC-compliant deployment options, and a private-by-design model so that customer data is not used to train other AI models.
The UnifiedRespond GrowthEngine is available now.
