Sandra (Sandy) K. Hinzman is the SVP for Business Enablement at SAIC. In this role, she is responsible for the oversight of Pricing, Contracts, Procurement, Government Property, Enterprise Vehicles, and Compliance.
Hinzman joined SAIC in 1992, accomplishing increasing roles and responsibilities over her tenure before assuming the role of SVP for Business Enablement in August 2021.
Hinzman holds a Master’s Degree in Business from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from San Diego State University. She is an active member in the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) as well as the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
