Mr. Louis Sichenze currently serves as a Vice President and Client Executive for CACI International, Inc. As a Client Executive, Louis supports and coordinates CACI’s presence across his customer space with a strategic focus on integrating cross CACI Sector capabilities to solve customer Mission imperatives. Building on an existing portfolio of work, Louis provides a leadership role in formulating the overall strategy and plan for mission related solution.
Louis came to CACI after a 34-year intelligence officer career. Much of that time focused on leading technology development teams focused on both strategic and tactical mission requirements. Louis’ intelligence officer career concluded with leading the development engineering for CIA enterprise networks and endpoints. Louis’ roles provided strategic leadership building complex technical solutions to solve operational challenges in support of national security objectives.
Louis began his CIA career as an intelligence analyst and then took on more challenging assignment in the DST ascending through the management ranks and finishing his career as a SIS-3 after serving in three of the five CIA Directorates. Louis was the recipient of the Career Intelligence Medal.
