Today, SRA International, Inc. announced the appointment of Anne Donohue to Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She will now report to SRA President and CEO, Bill Ballhaus.
Donohue’s responsibilities will include managing transactions along with business, employment and contract law activities. She brings more than 20 years of SRA experience to this role.
Ballhaus said, “Anne’s knowledge of SRA’s business, having held management roles in the legal group as well as corporate contracts and procurement roles, will prove valuable for this role. We are looking forward to having her as a key player on our senior leadership team.”
Donohue joined the company in 1990 and has since received tenure. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate degree from The Catholic University of America.
