    AllCom Global Services Acquires Delex Fairfax Integrated Security Systems

    Technology infrastructure solutions provider AllCom Global Services Inc. announced Dec. 2 the acquisition of Delex Fairfax Integrated Security Systems headquartered in Herndon, Virginia.

    “This acquisition significantly expands our capabilities to offer and integrate sophisticated security software and systems into the technology infrastructure solutions we provide to our customers,” AllCom CEO Bob Weatherwax said. “Physical security is a key component in the engineering and deployment of resilient and secure technology infrastructure, as well as the on-going protection of mission critical facilities and assets.”

    “Transitioning this business line into AllCom provides a great platform for growth for our current markets, as well as the opportunity to significantly expand our business within the federal government,” DFISS President and CEO Joseph P. Costa said. “The combination of capabilities, customers and past performance creates both immediate synergies and exciting new opportunities.”

    DFISS currently supports a variety of large municipal, commercial and government customers to engineer install and maintain security systems.
