SOS International has added to its in-house legal team, hiring Bill Turk, former vice president and general counsel of OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation, and Taylor Johnson, former deputy general counsel at Blackbird Technologies, Inc.
Turk brings 30 years of legal and contracting experience to the SOSi legal team and has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, intellectual property and corporate governance. Turk holds a law degree from the George Mason University School of Law, a master’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary, and a bachelor of science degree from James Madison University.
Johnson earned a law degree from George Mason University School of Law and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Virginia.
