GoldSentinel announced Aug. 1 the acquisition of Orchestrate Technology, a woman-owned government services security company.

“Our customers are facing some of their most difficult challenges in making sense of their disparate data they have collected for years,” Orchestrate Technology Founder and CEO Susan Goodman-York said. “Orchestrate Technology built their stellar reputation over the last decade creating unique architectures that includes innovative cloud-based solutions. Together with our shared culture for supporting the mission, we are now in a position to provide a broader solution offering to a wider range of customers. I am excited to merge the core capabilities provided through GoldSentinel and Orchestrate Technology. This is the next logical step in providing comprehensive mission solutions for all information holdings.”

The deal combines the software development, analysis and data science capabilities of GoldSentinel with the
cloud computing architecture and security expertise talent of Orchestrate Technology under the direction of
GoldSentinel Founder and CEO, Dr. Jeffrey Goldman. In her new role, Goodman-York will serve as
    president for GoldSentinel.
