    Susan Balaguer Named Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Engility

    Earlier this week Engility Holdings, Inc., integrated solutions and services provider, announced that it hired Susan Balaguer as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Balaguer will report directly to Lynn Dugle, Engility’s CEO.

    Dugle stated, “Susan brings deep expertise to Engility in all areas of human resources, with experience that encompasses all aspects of the domain. She is a proven leader that has worked in our industry for over 25 years. Her experience and leadership will be especially beneficial as we continue to focus on attracting, developing and retaining the talent that is vital to growing our business.”

    Balaguer brings over 20 years of experience to her new position at Engility. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations at CACI International, Inc. She has also worked at ASRC Federal, the VT Group and Raytheon.
