    U.S. Air Force Awards Engility Prime Position on Cyber Security and Information Systems IDIQ

    I was announced on December 3rd by Chantilly, Va.-based Engility Holdings, Inc. that it has been awarded a prime position by the U.S. Air Force on a cyber security and information systems IDIQ potentially worth $5 billion.

    Tony Smeraglinolo, President and CEO at Engility stated, “We look forward to the opportunity to further serve and support the Defense Department’s cyber market space. This award will allow Engility to further leverage its cyber security capabilities and deepen our penetration into this critical market.”

    For this 5-year IDIQ the contract types will vary depending upon each task order that is released. Within the areas of cyber security, software analysis, information assurance, knowledge management & information sharing, and modeling & simulation Engility will be providing research, development, and test & evaluation.
