For the third year in a row Reston, Va.-based Amyx has participated in the backpack program coordinated by New Hope Housing’s Milestones Program. A total of 16 backpacks were donated by Amyx which allowed all kids in the program, ranging from pre-school to high school to have a backpack.
The employees of Amyx went a step further and filled each of those backpacks with all of the necessary school supplies the students would need. They also secured several extra boxes of supplies to ensure that the students would have enough to refill their backpacks later in the school year.
