Accenture Federal Services (AFS), of Arlington, Va., announce March 26 that the company has completed its acquisition of Agilex Technologies Inc., based in Chantilly, Va.

WashingtonExec first covered the news about Accenture’s acquisition on Feb. 9.

“Digital technologies are fundamentally changing the way that government organizations operate and interact with citizens, patients, employees, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders,” Accenture Federal Services CEO David Moskovitz said. “Combining the Agilex and AFS digital capabilities and agile methods accelerates our ability to help our federal clients make the digital transformation journey and improve services and outcomes.”

Accenture Federal Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture LLP.
