Arlington, Va.-based TWD & Associates last week announced it’s among a group of contractors set to prime on a Homeland Security Department contract that would slate it to provide IT services to the agency’s Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) program.
TWD, a communication and collaboration solutions provider, will under the multiple-award contract provide the Homeland Security Department with IT services centered on software design and development, integration and operations and management.
The agreement is intended to establish the next generation of EAGLE IDIQ contracts, the company wrote in a press statement.
“TWD has been working with what is now DHS since the beginning, dating back to the Office of Homeland Security in 2001,” said TWD President Larry Besterman, chief executive. “We’re honored to be selected as a prime for EAGLE II and look forward to continuing this long-standing relationship with DHS.”
The company in May named Woody Hume as executive director for the company’s Technology Sales business. Read about the appointment here.
