ManTech International Corporation announced the promotion of Bonnie J. Cook to executive vice president of business operations for its Mission Solutions & Services Group (MSS).
Cook will be responsible for managing the group’s business staff operations, as well as key enterprise services across the entire corporation.
“Bonnie has been the driving force in molding our finance, contracts, human resources, and recruiting functions into organizations capable of supporting a multi-billion dollar company,” said Daniel J. Keefe, president and chief operating officer of MSS. “This promotion recognizes her as one of the true industry leaders as she takes on the added responsibilities of enterprise services across the corporation.”
Cook has served in a variety of leadership positions at ManTech for more than 25 years, playing an instrumental role in building the company’s strong business infrastructure, particularly in the management of financial operations and the integration of acquisitions, the company reported.
She is also active in the oversight of strategic business initiatives, serving as an executive officer for ManTech affiliates, joint ventures and international subsidiaries in Turkey, Colombia, Panama, and Europe. Cook is a member of numerous industry organizations and is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C.
