SRA International, Inc. today announced David Keffer has been appointed the firm’s corporate controller. In this role, Keffer will lead the company’s accounting organization, including financial reporting, treasury and cash management, accounting systems, and financial planning and analysis.
He will also manage the company’s accounting operations to ensure adherence to appropriate policies and controls, and drive organizational efficiency through continuous process improvement.
“Dave is a strategic leader with a demonstrated ability to resolve challenges and drive operational improvement. This promotion will leverage his 10 years of SRA experience working in roles across the company,” said Rick Nadeau, CFO at SRA. “It’s very gratifying to have strong talent like Dave ready to step into a key role – he’s a tremendous asset to our corporate financial team.”
Having served at SRA since 2003, Keffer was promoted to vice president in 2007 after being tapped to head Investor Relations in 2006; while SRA was publicly traded. Prior to his promotion to corporate controller, Keffer served as the chief financial officer of the Intelligence, Homeland Security and Law Enforcement, and Defense Groups. He has also supported SRA’s Marketing and Sales organization.
