Andrew Glover has been named the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of App47, an innovative provider of Mobile Application Management (MAM). A 14-year IT guru with broad experience in software development process, Glover will be in charge of driving the product development for App47.  He previously served as the president of Stelligent in Reston, Virginia and was the former CTO of Vanward Technologies.

“Andrew is an industry leader with a proven track record of delivering innovative products to market, and we’re thrilled that he’s bringing his depth of technology experience to App47,” said CEO and co-founder, Chris Schroeder. “He will be instrumental in growing App47’s position as the leading Mobile Application Management provider, pushing our product strategy forward and delivering timely and strategic business solutions to our customer base and prospects.”

App47 was originally founded to address the growing demand for enterprise-grade MAM since the need for mobile app deployment, analytics, performance data, security, privacy and remote configuration is fundamental. The company is the only enterprise-grade tool provider that can effectively and efficiently manage the complete application life cycle in the cloud.

Glover writes a widely syndicated technology blog at TheDiscoBlog.com and holds a Bachelors of Science degree from George Mason University.
