    John Mengucci, CACI

CACI International Inc. today announced it will form two business groups, C4ISR Solutions and Mission Systems and Services as of April 8, 2013. The firm is looking to pursue strategic growth opportunities across all its markets. Lou Lifrieri, Executive Vice President, will lead the C4ISR Solutions business group while Executive Vice President Mike Rhodes will be heading the Mission Systems and Services group. Lifrieri and Rhodes come from QuesTech, which was acquired by CACI in 1998.

Both groups will report to John Mengucci, CACI’s COO and president of U.S. Operations. “The establishment of our C4ISR Solutions and Mission Systems and Services business groups is the result of carefully planned leadership succession,” said Mengucci. “Lou Lifrieri and Mike Rhodes are highly capable professionals who give us focused leadership in areas that are mission-critical to our customers.”  He added, “The alignment from one to two business groups also tightly integrates resources and skill-sets to better pursue growth opportunities.”

Both Lifrieri and Rhodes were developed into their roles by CACI Executive Vice President Karl Johnson. His former organization, CACI’s Mission Systems Group, now becomes the two new business groups. This organizational alignment is supported by Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI’s executive chairman and by the firm’s Board of Directors.
