Sevatec, Inc. has won a five-year contract, with one base period with four one-year option periods, to provide technical and web hosting support services to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Head Start (OHS).

“The ECLKC serves a critical role in its ability to provide timely resources, information, online training and learning, and interactive communications for the Head Start and early childhood community,” said Sevatec President & CEO Sonny Kakar. “We are extremely honored to support the mission of the OHS as we build on our superior track record of delivering high profile web and system development efforts across the federal government.”

Under the contract, Sevatec will provide technical support services to meet the requirements of the OHS and early childhood community’s communication and information access needs. These services include Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center (ECLKC) website hosting, applications and platform management, software and hardware lifecycle management, operations and maintenance support, disaster recovery and continuity of operations, and overall project management support.
The ECLKC provides educational, health, nutritional, and additional information to promote school readiness and human development for infants and toddlers, and is operated by The Office of Head Start.

Sevatec, a provider of management and technology consulting services for the federal government, also includes trusted subcontractor and firm Cleverex, which has over 15 years experience providing services to OHS.
