    GovCon Awards: MicroTech President Tony Jimenez Comments On Winning Executive of the Year at 10th Annual GovCon Awards

    The Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards took place November 1st at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. The Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, Professional Services Council (PSC), and Washington Technology magazine presented the awards.

    Tony Jimenez, President and CEO of MicroTech, won for Executive of the Year in the $75 million to $300 million division. On his win, Jimenez said:

    “GovCon is one of the most prestigious awards in the industry and it is a tremendous honor to be named Executive of the Year. It’s been 8 years since I started MicroTech and every day I am thankful to be able to run a business that I love and to have such a great team.”

    Bob Morgan, Co-founder, Chairman & CEO, MorganFranklin Corporation, Mary Williams, President  & CTO, MTEQ | Manufacturing Techniques, Inc., Brad Antle, President & CEO, Salient Federal Solutions, Inc, and John Wood, Chairman & CEO, Telos Corporation were also nominated in the $75 million to $300 million Executive of the Year division.
