Empower AI has named Ryan Hopper to lead its Military Services Business Unit, bringing 24 years of experience working with Defense Department and intelligence customers.

Hopper, who succeeds Darryl Jackson, most recently served as a vice president at Peraton and led a large operating unit for strategic programs and combatant commands.
