Bruce Phillips has been promoted to senior vice president of the Civil and Infrastructure Security Group, Rick Wagner to senior vice president of the Defense Group, and Tom Kilcline to vice president of the Defense Business Unit by TASC, Inc.

“Bruce, Rick, and Tom each bring extensive domain expertise to their positions, as well as the practical experience that will help ensure TASC continues to deliver the best people, the best solutions and the best long-term value to our customers,” says John P. Hynes Jr., TASC’s chief operating officer.

In their new roles, which are in effect immediately, Phillips, who has been with TASC for more than 30 years, and Wagner, who has been with TASC for the last 13 years, join the company’s executive leadership team. They report to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.

Phillips is moving from his role of vice president of the Infrastructure Protection and Security Business Unit while Wagner most recently served as vice president of the Defense Business Unit. Kilcline, a retired Navy vice admiral, joined TASC in 2011 as vice president of Navy Programs.

“I am confident that these newly appointed leaders will continue to deliver on TASC’s promise to innovate and provide integrated offerings in support of our customers and their changing mission requirements and operating environments,” Hynes said. “In this time of tight budgets and unpredictable threats, it is essential that we do everything we can to be an even more responsive, agile and customer mission-focused company.”
