Fun fact: Griggs’ first job after college was working as a deckhand aboard a small cruise ship traveling from Alaska to South America and the Caribbean. Motivated by a passion for travel and constrained by student loans, he found a way to see the world while working. The experience shaped his work ethic, reinforced the value of teamwork and continues to influence his collaborative leadership style.
