Client Solution Architects has joined the Military Spouse Employment Partnership, a Defense Department effort aimed at expanding career opportunities for military spouses.
By joining MSEP, CSA becomes one of 168 new organizations added to the partnership, which now includes over 1,000 employers committed to recruiting, hiring, promoting and retaining military spouses.
Through MSEP, military spouses connect with employers committed to supporting long-term career growth. For CSA, the partnership formalizes ongoing efforts to hire and support military spouses while strengthening financial stability for military families and supporting force retention and readiness.
“Our partnership with MSEP strengthens CSA’s commitment to helping military spouses maintain meaningful careers despite the employment challenges that come with frequent PCS moves,” said Ellen Barletto, CSA chief growth officer. “Military spouses bring exceptional talent and a deep understanding of the defense community, which enhances our ability to support our customers’ missions. CSA remains steadfast in its support for the military community, investing in initiatives that promote stability, opportunity, and long‑term career growth.”
CSA will be formally inducted into the partnership during a two-day recognition and networking event Jan. 29–30, with the induction ceremony scheduled for Jan. 30 at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.
